I bought some lunaundies from twinkleontheweb, and after paying, I waited a whole month without any updates. When I finally reached out via email, I was informed that they were no longer available and that I had supposedly been notified about this. I found that pretty rude, as it felt like they were putting the blame on me for not seeing an email that I never got. To make matters worse, I stumbled upon the same items listed on their site again, despite being told they were discontinued. Honestly, it’s been so frustrating that I’m not keen on shopping with them again.

I wanted to try cloth nappies for my little one, but there was a ton of mixed info out there. This website is super detailed yet easy to navigate, plus they have a solid selection of organic nappies. I placed my order on a Friday around 2 PM, and they called me within an hour or two to confirm that I really wanted all the different sizes I had selected. Turns out, I made a mistake and picked a size that was way too big for one of the nappies. My delivery arrived Saturday morning just after 10, and thankfully, it was the correct size. I'm really impressed! I’d definitely shop here again. Now, I just need the baby to arrive, haha!

I ordered some diapers from them. They never showed up, and after three months of trying to reach out in every way possible, I’ve come to realize I’m not getting my money back. They don’t pick up the phone and ignore your messages. After firing off a bunch of emails, I finally got one response claiming they shipped my order, but then they said they shipped it again - which is a lie. They didn’t even verify the address they supposedly sent it to, just shot back with, 'you keep sending the same email over and over again.' I’ve reported them as a scam site, so they’ll be facing consequences soon.
